When does a green dot or a red dot appear in the status devices list?

When devices are allowed through the Already Existing Devices option (“+”), the devices will be shown in the list with a green dot.

Using this option for adding existing devices on a computer/user/group, will bring to the overriding of all the other rights, regardless of the device’s category rights for that computer/user/group.
