Why is my iPhone blocked by EPP even if it has Allow Access rights?

In case that you performed any updates to your iDevice (iPhone, iPad, iPod Touch) firmware, Endpoint Protector will recognize it as a new iDevice and will automatically block its access. This is why, we recommend you to make sure that you re-assign Allow Access rights after any firmware update.
