Why don’t I receive any defined system alert to my e-mail address specified in the Main Administrator Contact Details section?
Please keep in mind that the defined system alerts are automatically sent to the e-mail address specified at the System Administrator section and not at the Main Administrator Contact Details section, which refers only to Offline Temporary Password contact information. Moreover, please keep in mind that before defining system alerts, you must configure the server host from the “System Settings” -> “System Configuration” module and provide a user name and password to the mail server. Then, you must go to “System Configuration” > “System Administrators” and configure for your user the e-mail address to which you will receive the defined system alerts.
