Improvements:
- Contextual Detection is now available as a general feature for both the Content Aware Protection and eDiscovery modules. It offers an advanced way of inspecting confidential data based on both content and context. It can be configured from the System Parameters > Contextual Detection section.
- In addition to the Predefined Content, it can also take into account the Proximity to Dictionary keywords or Regular Expressions, as well as various Thresholds.
- For more advanced users, these settings can be defined manually (making this feature even more complex and powerful).
- Detection of Programming Files has been greatly improved, using machine learning and n-gram detection. As a consequence, a new Source Code tab has been created inside the Policies section.
- The Transfer Limit functionality has been extended, offering extra actions:
- Lockdown: a restrictive action, blocking any connected device and disabling network cards, preventing any type of data transfer
- Report Only: a permissive action that simply informs when the limit has been reached
- Repositories for File Shadows are now available. They can be configured per Departments, helping with cross-border regulations as well as maintaining performance of the Endpoint Protector Server.
- File Location Blacklists and Whitelists are now also available for Linux.
- The lists containing multiple entities (e.g.: Policies, Groups, etc.) have been improved, making management of this section smoother. One visible aspect would be the infinite scrolling for the related sections.
- The Credit Card masking in Reports and Analysis has been changed to match the newer banking criteria.
Device Control
- The Devices section has been completely ported to the new UI (Create and Edit sections), providing a better user experience.
- Additional information like Friendly Name and Friendly Description is now available, making managing devices even easier.
- The Groups section has been completely ported to the new UI providing a better user experience.
- The Granular Bluetooth options are now available also for Windows endpoints.
Content Aware Protection
- As a consequence of the General Improvements, Contextual Detection, Source Code and infinite scrolling per entities can be observed as improvements.
- A Policy can now be configured to Block Only, with no reports generated.
- Russia SSNs can now be detected.
eDiscovery
- As a consequence of the General Improvements, Contextual Detection, Source Code and infinite scrolling per entities can be observed as improvements.
Enforced Encryption
- The EasyLock Multiple Server feature has been added, allowing the EasyLock Enforced Encryption application to run in the presence of the Endpoint Protector Client from multiple trusted Servers.

Bug fixes:
- Addresses situations when old, no longer used network printers would re-appear in the system.
- The Allow Access if TD Level 1, otherwise Read Only right did not work properly for devices that had a space ( ) character at the end of the serial number. Fixed.
- Vulnerable openSSL libraries were updated.
EasyLock Enforced Encryption Client: 2.0.0.2
Improvements:
- The EasyLock UI has been completely redesigned, offering a better user experience as well as a few new features.
- Support for multiple trusted Endpoint Protector Servers has been added.
- Improved security when dealing with DLL files.
- The behavior when using EasyLock to browse through devices blocked by Endpoint Protector has changed. A more restrictive approach has been implemented.
Bug fixes:
- For Macs, in some circumstances where the Endpoint Protector Client was not present, the splash screen could cover some messages. Fixed.
- Fixed multiple small bugs linked to the overall user experience.
