How to make EasyLock 2 run on Ubuntu 12.04 LTS (64bit)? (Discontinued)

For Easylock to run on 64bit Ubuntu you have to install the “ia32-libs” package, with the following command:
sudo apt-get install ia32-libs

Steps to start Easylock 2

Unmount drive by specifying the path and the device’s name:
umount /Location/Your Device (example : umount /media/A)

Create a directory where we will mount our drive.
We gave the directory the name “Your_Drive”:
sudo mkdir –p /media/Your_Drive

Mount the drive with write permission to the folder:
Mount –o rw /dev/sdXY /media/Your_Drive

Change directory to the folder:
cd /media/Your_Drive

Start Easylock:

You are good to go! Now you can encrypt files on Ubuntu 12.04 as well!
