I lost my password and my fingerprint is not recognized, what can I do? (Discontinued)

Unfortunately, you don't have any choice, but to return the drive to the manufacturer and get it replaced with a new one. For security reasons, it is impossible to access the Biometric device without a valid password or a correct fingerprint.
