Why can't I format my USB Drive with Windows? (Discontinued)

You can't format your USB Drive as long as it is password protected with Carry it Easy +Plus. To format your USB Drive you have to first change the security setting with Carry it Easy +Plus to no password protection, and then you can format your USB Drive with Windows or any other formatting program. To change your security settings go to the "Change Security Settings" Option in the login window or to the "Security Settings" in the Main application window and set the security settings to "No password protection required".
